Frequently asked
- Is the STAMP4U stamp generator free?
- Yes. Every stamp type — company round seal, sign chop, oval stamp, name chop and certified-true-copy templates — is free to use, with no signup and no usage limit.
- Which Hong Kong company stamps can I generate?
- Round company seals (小圓章), company sign chops (Sign Chop), oval stamps, square name chops and Certified True Copy design templates — all previewed live in your browser.
- Can I download the stamp I create?
- Yes. Every stamp can be downloaded as SVG or PNG in one click, or you can copy the raw SVG source into a design tool or hand it to a stamp shop to make the physical chop.
- Is a company round seal the same as a Common Seal?
- No. The Common Seal is the metal die governed by the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) and is optional to keep; the everyday round chop is usually a self-inking or rubber stamp and is not a legal substitute for the Common Seal.
- Are the company names I type uploaded anywhere?
- No. All stamp rendering happens entirely in your browser; company names and stamp content never leave your device.
